Our ordering procedure utilizes Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") encryption technology.  Therefore, as long as you are using a browser that is SSL enabled (e.g. Netscape Navigator 3.01, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01, or above) you can place secure credit card or debit card orders through this e-commerce site.  You can also place orders by e-mail, fax, phone or snail mail.  You will be prompted through these various options when you select the button labeled "Go to Checkout Stand".

Wholesale and Retail Pricing:

We sell many of our products in both wholesale and retail quantities.  If you do not meet the minimum wholesale quantity for a wholesale line item, that line item will be billed to you at the retail price.

Shipping:

When you place an order, we normally ship the product within 72 hours.

For  international orders, U.S. Postal Air Mail is our preferred method of shipping.

For all other orders, "UPS Ground Service" (for stretch fabric), or U.S. Postal Service "Priority Mail" (for bridal lace, notions, etc.), is our normal method of shipping.  Consequently you should receive your order anywhere from 1 to 6 business days after we ship it, depending on how far away you are from Dallas, Texas.

If you need your order very quickly, we can ship it UPS Blue (standard 2-day delivery) or UPS Red (standard next day delivery).  We will add the additional shipping charges to your invoice.

Because of "hot checks", we no longer send C.O.D. shipments.   However, you can print out your order, and send it to us along with a check.

Currency and Measurements:

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.  All lengths are measured in yards.

Returned Goods Policy:

Generally speaking, all sales are final.  In some instances, we will (at our sole discretion),  accept returned goods.  We do not reimburse for freight charges.
